Playgrounds
Large format photos of the new playgrounds in Bucharest, Romania. Most of these public spaces were refurbished with money from the EU, starting with 2007. They completely replaced the old Communist style playgrounds, which were sold as scrap iron. This modernization program is part of a larger plan aimed at changing the face of the city.
